Halo Reach lizking10152011 Figure Front II

This is the second model painting project I have ever done. It is a full repaint, as the figure was initially blue. I used a satin white krylon as the primer, and used old engines blue for the visor and olive drab and medium green for the armor colors. for additional details, I used flat black, insignia red, and satin white.

McFarlane Toys creates Halo: Reach figures, so I decided to find out whether or not they will take custom orders. I found out that they do not take custom orders, so I bought the figures I needed to create my Reach Account character, lizking10152011. The figures I model paint will be part of the Halo: Reach chaptmc series, one of a kind figures that cannot be found in stores, and no, I am not selling them. This is figure number two in the series as joelcoop87 is the first figure in the series. My character is an ODST/Operator Hybrid.

Also, if you take notice, on my characters left leg (Right leg from our perspective), the UA/NXRA piece is present. If you were to know anything about McFarlane Toys, they only made such a piece on the Marine Figures, and it wasn't detachable. I had to destroy the leg of a marine, and burn and file the piece down in order to create a detachable version for my spartan, so, my figure has a unique piece that McFarlane Toys essentially never made for Spartan figures .
